Bill Gates rants over Microsoft online support and XP

This is supposed to be an internal email sent by Bill Gates, about his experience in downloading Movie Maker from Microsoft.com, in 2003. This email was released during anti-trust suits against the company, so its authenticity is beyond doubt.
“I am quite disappointed at how Windows Usability has been going backwards and the program management groups don’t drive usability issues.”
